Consent Language

Last updated: July 16, 2026. At intake you must accept the following before checkout. Acceptances are stored with timestamp, IP, user agent, and document version.

Privacy consent

I have read the Privacy Notice and understand how ClearClaim handles my bill documents, including that uploaded bills and EOBs may contain sensitive medical billing information, that ClearClaim does not sell my data, and that ClearClaim does not claim to be “HIPAA certified.”

Terms consent

I agree to the Terms of Service, including the refundable case deposit, success fee on verified savings, and that ClearClaim is a bill advocacy service — not a law firm and not a medical provider. Savings are not guaranteed.

What we record

• Which consents you accepted (privacy, terms, electronic authorization)
• Policy version IDs at the time of acceptance
• UTC timestamp, IP address, and browser user agent
