Service

ClearClaim provides remote medical-bill review, plain-English claim mapping, dispute letter preparation, and optional negotiation with hospital/provider billing offices. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not practice medicine.

Fees

• $199 deposit due at intake via Stripe. Credited toward the success fee.
• 25% of verified savings on typical cases (under $15k savings). We never charge more than verified savings.
• If we find $0 in savings, the deposit is refunded (minus any non-refundable payment-processor fees if applicable — we aim for full refund).

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate documents and authorize us to contact billing offices on your behalf. Continue making minimum required payments or following your own credit strategy if you choose — we do not guarantee collection holds or credit outcomes.

No guarantees

Hospitals respond on their own timelines. Savings are not guaranteed. Claim maps reflect our professional judgment based on materials you provide and public rate/FAP frameworks — they are not binding determinations by insurers or providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearClaim's liability arising from a case is limited to fees you paid us for that case.
